Mr. Naresh Talwar, aged 74 years, is a Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. He is a graduate from St. Stephen College, Delhi University; having wide experience in the automotive components industry for more than 47 years. He has been associated with the Company since its inception. In his career span, he has worked with several companies of Talwar Group. He has also co-promoted T & T Motors Limited, the authorised dealers of Mercedes Benz cars.
Mr. Umesh Talwar
Vice Chairman & MD
Mr. Umesh Talwar, aged 64 years, is a Promoter and Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. He has done B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University and MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has more than 38 years of rich experience in the automotive components industry. He has been associated with the company since its inception. He is an Executive Committee Member of Automotive Components Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA). He has also co-promoted T & T Motors Limited, the authorised dealers of Mercedes Benz cars.
Mr. Vidur Talwar
Joint Managing Director
Mr. Vidur Talwar, aged 44 years, is Joint Managing Director of the Company. He has done B.S. in Business Administration and MBA in Finance from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA. He has more than 20 years of rich and varied experience in automotive components industry. He is on the Board of several companies in Talbros Group holding position as Managing Director/ Director. He is also responsible for day to day operations of T & T Motors Limited, dealers for Mercedes Benz.
Mr. Navin Juneja
Group CFO
Mr. Navin Juneja, aged 57 years, is a B.Sc. (Mathematics) and Chartered Accountant (FCA). He is working as Finance Head of Talbros Group as its Group CFO. He also advises various companies on financial management and corporate planning. He has more than 30 years of rich experience in Finance, Accounting and Strategic Planning.
