QH Talbros’s warehouse has
been sub-divided into small sectors, which are easily identifiable, in order to
locate the exact position of every product in storage.
The places the articles
are
assigned and also the date they were put into storage are both recorded by an informatics
system.
Through
the computerized FIFO system it is possible to utilize those products which have
the longest time in storage. In order to be sure of conserving the products
correctly, all the storage and deposit areas are contained within the premises
of the establishment. At six monthly intervals, stock taking of all the products
is carried out with the purpose of assessing the capability of the structure and
therefore avoiding the possible erosion of the products themselves.
